How do I care for my B+B Headband?
We suggest only hand washing our headbands to keep the integrity of the nylon and fabric. Warm water and gentle soap are sufficient. Nylon is prone to stretching out but durable and should return to the original shape after washing. Machine washing is not recommended and may compromise the elasticity of the headband. For our Beaus with embellishment wash the band only and spot clean the embellishment only.
Do the bows leave compression marks?
Our Beaus consist of nylon. Certain designs and patterns contain small amounts of polyester, cotton and/ or spandex. We do not claim our bows don't leave compression marks and will not accept returns for this reason.
What is your current turn around time?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, due to COVID-19 there may be delays made by the post office. Once the order has processed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Please verify that your shipping address is correct prior to completing your order.
What is your return policy?
We know that Beau + Bliss will not be successful without our customers complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email support@beauandbliss.com. We are happy to exchange your item within 14 days of your purchase with valid reason. We stand behind the quality of our Beaus and take care to examine them and personally package them ourselves, because of that all sales are final.
Coupon Code Policy
Prior to completing your order please confirm that your discount code has been applied. We aren’t able to apply the code once the order is placed. If your code isn’t successfully applying to your order please email us prior to completing the order. We will be happy to look into the issue for you, before you complete the purchase. My tracking shows my ordered is "Delivered" but I have not received my package.

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
Beau + Bliss is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Once we ship out the package, we are no longer liable for it. We are unable to locate loss packages, and cannot offer refunds on any lost packages.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
